The bed was very clean and the restaurant was really nice and had variety of food. Comfy rooms, substantial breakfast. It was well-kept, and employees were attentive. Excellent service too.

Location and staff were very good, I liked it. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a work desk, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a seating area were a nice touch. The stay at this cosy hotel was a very comfortable one.

Had a fun stay here. Every detail was great, including location and stuff, good value. I enjoyed a Colonial decor and nice furniture. Best western hotel in a relaxing area of Quito.

The hotel was fairly clean, and I liked a prime location. Lovely looking room, large bed and pillows. There was a PANORAMIC restaurant, the shops and supermarket next door. Perfect service, more than adequate breakfast.

We were there for 2 nights, overall had a fab stay. Exceptionally comfortable and clean place, outstandingly accommodating staff. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.
There was lift missing.
